Years of pioneering experience in diverse emerging growth telecom and high-tech environments have given AnchorPoint's Management Team a comprehensive technology vision as well as an end-to-end understanding of the strategic business needs of its customers. Like all AnchorPoint employees, AnchorPoint's leaders consider themselves an integral part of each customer's long-term success.

Roger W. Challen, Co-Founder, President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Roger helped evolve AnchorPoint from a call accounting and telemanagement company to the leader in TEM solutions. Under Roger's leadership, AnchorPoint achieved a 97% customer satisfaction rate and average customer tenure of eight years. As President and CEO, Roger drives the strategic vision of the organization. Roger also serves on the company's Board of Directors.

Roger is an accomplished entrepreneur with a proven track record of establishing, managing and growing companies. Prior to AnchorPoint, Roger established outsourcing vendor Data Distributors, Inc.; served as Vice President of M&SD Corp., which was acquired by EDS; and held engineering and marketing positions at IBM.

Roger received Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Mathematics from Yale University.

John D. Dretler, Co-Founder and Senior Vice President

John is the industry's foremost expert in TEM, having successfully identified, defined, and executed the company's strategy for establishing the "telecom financial management" market. In addition, he has spearheaded the development of channel partnerships with CSC, IBM, Lucent/Avaya, Nortel, Northrop-Grumman, and Siemens, and has cultivated relationships with hundreds of Global 2000 companies-the core of AnchorPoint's customer base.

Prior to AnchorPoint, John founded and sold TMS Systems Inc., a telecom solution company, and he began his career as a marketing representative with IBM.

John received his Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Bradley University and his MBA from Boston College.

David E. Olsson, Corporate Development

As a board member, Dave currently focuses on evaluating strategic corporate and partner opportunities to further enhance AnchorPoint's growth strategy. During his tenure as CEO, Dave led AnchorPoint's expansion and success in the TEM market seeing significant revenue and customer growth.

Prior to AnchorPoint, Dave served as President and COO for Demos Solutions. Dave also held senior management positions at Comverse Technology (formerly Boston Technology), London-based firm Logica PLC's Communications Division, and ADS. In his early career, Dave provided leadership in strategic, sales and marketing roles at Verizon, Wang Labs, and Cullinet, the first software company listed on the NYSE.

Dave is a founding member of the Board of Governors of the Massachusetts Telecommunications Council and has served as Programs Committee Chair. Dave received a Master's degree in Business Administration from Bentley College, a Master's degree in Education from Boston University and a Bachelors of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

John Venditti, Vice President, Consulting Services & Product Strategy

John oversees AnchorPoint's consulting services and operations team in addition to leading product strategy. Bringing more than 18 years of leadership experience in the Telecom, Financial Services, Healthcare and High Tech industries, John joined the company from eCredit, where he formalized implementation and consulting engagement processes.

Prior to eCredit, John held senior positions at IDX Systems Corporation, where he managed customer systems support and led technology teams responsible for customer systems programming.

John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Hartford and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, specializing in e-business.

Rebecca Mitchell, Vice President, Solution Services

Rebecca has over 20 years experience in building and architecting call accounting and TEM solutions. She joined the company in 1988 as Manager of Development and Chief Architect for ATMS, which was AnchorPoint's original full-featured telemanagement offering. In addition to supervising the development engineers, she was the key designer for the product, a design which enabled the product to be implemented on a variety of software platforms.

Rebecca currently leads the product development, managed services, quality assurance, implementation and support services teams at our Technology Center in Georgia. Prior to AnchorPoint, Rebecca was Manager of Development for Network Management Technologies, Inc., in Atlanta, GA, and prior to that she was employed by IBM as a software developer, also in Atlanta.

Rebecca attended Emory University majoring in Mathematics and Computer Science.

Michael Grillo, Director, Marketing

Michael joined the company in 2000 to formally structure the marketing department and create visibility for the company's call accounting and TEM solutions. Michael is responsible for the company's marketing strategy, integrated marketing programs, events and analyst and media relations. During Michael's marketing tenure the company has been recognized with 11 company and product awards and established itself as a notable TEM leader recognized by industry analysts.

Before AnchorPoint, Michael held management positions with leading credit card issuer Partners First prior to its sale to Wachovia and BayBanks Credit Corporation, the lending division of former regional consumer banking entity BayBanks.

Michael received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Bryant University.

Keith Larson, Advisor, Market Development and Strategy

With nearly 25 years of experience, Keith is a board member and serves as an advisor for AnchorPoint's market development and strategic initiatives. Keith brings extensive knowledge of AnchorPoint's key industries, enterprise communications convergence challenges, and the opportunities for TEM expansion.

Keith's experience includes managerial, marketing and financial experiences in the telecommunications industry and emerging markets. He served as vice president of global strategies and M&A, enterprise division for Lucent Technologies, leading to its formation of Avaya. At Avaya, Keith was general manager of the CRM division. He has also held marketing, customer services and finance-building capital and strategic alliance roles for many emerging technology companies

Keith also serves on the board of directors for TFH, Inc., a provider of automated outbound and inbound IP-based call telephony.
