Telecom Expense Management for VoIP in the Enterprise

Telecom Expense Management is an important element in improving operations for any enterprise. And as the enterprise space evaluates and adapts to new technologies and the cost savings offered by them, the uptake in enterprise VoIP users continues to climb.

The AnchorPoint VoIP Solution Suite provides Business Analytics and a consulting program along with a roadmap for aiding enterprises in their move towards the complex converged VoIP network.

The solution also includes a Total Cost of Ownership approach with the IP Call Guard (IPCG) feature to, "centrally collect CDR and switch information via IP protocols utilizing user configurable IP ports," a news release on the offering noted.

This increased visibility and the enhanced management capabilities increase enterprise control over telecom expenses.
