AnchorPoint Exhibits at National Retail Federation 96th Annual Convention & Expo

AnchorPoint to Debut Version 6.0 of Telecom Expense Management Solution

Jan 02, 2007 - FRAMINGHAM, MA, and NEW YORK, NY, Booth #1766, NRF - AnchorPoint, a leader in integrated Telecom Expense Management (TEM) solutions, today announced its participation in the National Retail Federation (NRF) 96th Annual Convention & Expo at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City, from January 14-17, 2007. One of the biggest retail industry tradeshows, Retail’s BIG Show 2007 is a collaboration of networking and idea exchange with over 15,000 attendees.

AnchorPoint’s integrated TEM solution enables companies to reduce major infrastructure costs, greatly improve operational efficiency, streamline processes and gain productivity. Retail organizations can automate and simplify their entire “order-to-pay” Telecom lifecycle from acquiring and managing assets, to auditing vendor invoices identifying savings, to gaining visibility into spend across the entire organization as well as at the individual store, district and regional levels. Located at Booth #1766, AnchorPoint’s exhibit is designed to educate retail business leaders on how they can better manage, control and minimize their telecom expenses using the AnchorPoint TEM solution suite.

AnchorPoint will showcase its recently launched TEM Version 6.0, which delivers enhanced reporting, dashboards, analytics, business intelligence tools and “IT expense management” capabilities. According to an Aberdeen Group Retail in Business Intelligence Report, “Seventy-six percent of retail respondents indicated that they use or have active, budgeted plans to use business intelligence (BI) within their organizations. These implementations are yielding important benefits, such as highly organized data management across the enterprise, and ease of access to important decision-making criteria at the highest levels of management.”

AnchorPoint will detail how a TEM analysis can help retail organizations: manage, reduce and control communications costs; address compliance issues such as SOX; improve process and resource efficiencies through its integrated TEM suite (Invoice Management, Usage Management, Asset Management, and Business Analytics); reduce telecom spend up to 35% allowing for new communications technology initiatives such as VoIP; and establish a baseline for their future needs. AnchorPoint TEM can be deployed internally through software license or outsourced through a menu of managed services.
