AnchorPoint Announces Major Retail Customer Win

Leading TEM Vendor Signs Largest Arts & Crafts Retailer

Jan 15, 2007 - Framingham, MA - AnchorPoint, a leader in integrated Telecom Expense Management (TEM) solutions, today announced that the Company has signed a major new retail customer, the nation’s largest retailer of arts and crafts materials. AnchorPoint will implement their recently-announced solution, ‘AnchorPoint Retail’ for this customer, combining best-of-breed features and functionality from their recent AnchorPoint 6.0 release, and their industry-leading Map-To-WinSM deployment approach.

Invoice, asset and usage management, business analytics and invoice auditing are the backbone of AnchorPoint’s solution for this customer. Specifically, AnchorPoint will deliver a managed services package, in a multi-year agreement, to support the customer’s entire order-to-pay process including provisioning for new store openings.
