AnchorPoint & MTS Sign Definitive Agreement

Dec 23, 2008 - Framingham, MA - AnchorPoint, the leading provider of integrated Telecom Expenses Management (TEM) solutions announced today a definitive agreement with MTS – Mer Telemanagement Solutions Ltd. (Nasdaq: MTSL), a global provider of business support systems (BSS) for comprehensive telecommunication management and customer care & billing (CC&B) solutions. The merger of AnchorPoint & MTS establishes the company as a leading provider of TEM solutions worldwide offering a full TEM solution suite for voice, data and wireless through various delivery models including software license, managed service, and fully outsourced. All solution options are complemented by a complete set of consulting services.

AnchorPoint TEM enables customers to intelligently manage, plan, optimize, and reduce their communications and network investments. AnchorPoint customer engagements begin with Map-to-WinSM, AnchorPoint’s strategic consulting approach. Map-to-WinSM enables organizations to effectively align their business goals with their people, process and technology investments, to assure the success of their expense management initiatives.

MTS currently provides telecommunications management services to customers in Europe, South America and Asia through OEM partnerships which include Siemens, Phillips, NEC and other vendors.

MTS North America is headquartered in Fairlawn, NJ. The AnchorPoint TEM division will maintain locations in Framingham, MA and Powder Springs, GA. The companies expect the transaction be completed on or before December 31, 2008.
