The Aberdeen Group report focuses on the key issues and challenges that companies are facing in category spend management including telecom, business value analysis for the category, and recommendations for action, including the use of Aberdeen’s Total Cost Management (TCM) framework to provide a business process context for analyzing, choosing and implementing technology for effective spend management.
